I find it particularly positive that I was immediately given an appointment for an initial consultation. This is very helpful for acute problems. It's a shame that the services at this practice are not covered by health insurance.

Thank you very much for your kind review - with one more clarification: As we are a private practice, our services are not reimbursed by the statutory health insurance companies (but are reimbursed by the private health insurance companies/subsidies). However, there is the possibility of reimbursement and treatment for those with statutory health insurance within the framework of the so-called cost reimbursement procedure. I would like to thank you. I have never experienced such a great, personal and committed psychotherapy practice. Right from the first contact: The practice manager, Dr. Potreck, answers the phone personally and explains everything to me, listens to me and asks questions. I feel that my needs are valued and taken seriously. And I actually got an appointment with a great therapist quite quickly. She helps me a lot. I would recommend the specialist center for psychotherapy to anyone. I've never experienced being the center of attention as a patient like this before.

Dear Specialist Center for Psychotherapy Cologne - Team,
I have recently successfully completed several years of therapy (burnout / severe depression). I am very satisfied with the result and feel well equipped for the future.
I would like to thank Dr. Morris, who accompanied me well throughout the whole time. Even in very bad times, Ms. Morris has always managed to set positive triggers and thus always make the current situation manageable and constantly improve it. She is an emphatic therapist who has the necessary sensitivity to dig deeper without making you feel too uncomfortable. This made it possible to build up a successful therapy and ultimately ensure a positive and successful outcome. Many thanks !

Personal, human support right from the start. Even when I first contacted Ms. Wagner, I had a personal contact person from the secretary's office - and then the practice manager actually called me back on the weekend to arrange the initial consultation. Now I have a therapist at the Fachzentrum Aachen who really helps me a lot.

I was particularly satisfied with the comprehensive personal care. Although this is not exactly a small practice, the manager Mr. Potreck called me back immediately when I asked for help. With my therapist it "matched" namely not so (we found no access to each other). But Mr. Potreck immediately organized a change. That is really a huge advantage in the specialist center in Cologne, that they have a lot of therapists there and a change is possible without any problems in the house. Without me having to start looking again....

Here are understanding and competent therapists at work! I have already had several attempts at psychotherapy in Cologne. My previous therapists were often unavailable when I was in need. Not so at the Fachzentrum Psychotherapie Köln. A nice woman was immediately on the phone and immediately did everything so that I could still get a very quick conversation with my new Tehrapeutin.
I feel totally well cared for and understood. Here you are not left alone as a patient. I would like to warmly recommend the FAchzentrum to all people who are looking for psychotherapy in Cologne.
