The great promises from the first appointment could not be realized. The process was unprofessional and there was damage to the door frames. The advice given by the boss and the employee was very contradictory, although the employee was probably right. Chemical residues were emptied outside. After cleaning, we still had to clean residues from other surfaces ourselves. We were very disappointed.

We had to have our paved areas cleaned after fire damage, and this was handled to our complete satisfaction by Mr. Eric Bianga and his staff (Rhein-Sieg-Kreis team).

I had a huge wax stain on my roof deck. There was no way I could do that myself. I called Finalit Stone Care and spoke to Mr. Frank Gölz himself. No problem, we'll get it done....
I watched Enrico and was amazed, to my great delight, how wonderfully clean the tiles became .I took this opportunity to have the entire stone floor cleaned. Perfect.

Enrico Szilagyi from Finalit SToneCare had ground, cleaned and impregnated the paths, terraces, walls of our extremely dirty travertine in our garden in Berlin a few days ago. The natural stone slabs now look like new. We are more than satisfied with the overall result. Enrico Szilagyi has worked with a meticulousness and care that is truly impressive. In addition, he is unbelievably likeable in his manner and you can see in his work that he does what he does with passion and dedication. That's why the result is so extremely convincing. My husband and I are about our "new old" Natursteinplatten more than zufriededun and would recommend him any time. And also hire again, if this is necessary in a few years.

Mr. Krouß did an excellent job in my shower stall. After his professional cleaning with special machines and agents, the joints in the tiles and tiles, which were infested with lime and sometimes mold, can no longer be distinguished from unused ones. And prophylaxis against further deposits was also provided. Cleaning can hardly be done better. Of course, such good work also has its price.

Mr. Weiß from FinalitStoneCare in Augsburg provided a very good work performance. All promises (price, deadline, etc.) were kept and also started on time.
My very old cement tiles (black / yellow) shine again in new splendor. My terrazzo floor also shines again in the same way. The stone cleaning with impregnation has been worthwhile for me in any case and can also be recommended without reservation (in a multi-family house, built in 1990, the entrance area was treated).

We have a new terrace for about 3 years. Unfortunately, directly with ugly stains from the grout. We were hoping that the material would wear off over time. But unfortunately this did not happen. Mr. Szilagyi came 3 times; for preparation, for execution and, because it poured so terribly, a third time to seal the terrace. The work was done very carefully, the desired effect of cleaning and sealing was fully achieved. I can highly recommend Mr. Szilagyi at any time.
