The big difference between the FinanceProfessionals and some of their competitors is their specialization - and therefore greater expertise - in the area of treasury. This means that a much more efficient exchange can take place in the run-up to a mandate and I can better assess whether an engagement is worthwhile or not. I would recommend FinanceProfessionals to others because I immediately got the feeling that the candidate was at the center of the process and not, as is so often the case, the mere filling of the position. The candidate's needs were carefully examined and realistically compared with the potential vacancies.

Unfortunately, it is often the case in treasury that you are offered positions that do not match the candidate's needs at all. Either the tasks do not match the profile, the salary package is not right or personal needs such as compatibility with family are not taken into account.
