For Mrs. Dreyer the customer and his interests are in the foreground true to the motto: "the customer is king" - which cannot be said of the majority of competitors. She takes up the interests of her customers in a proper way, works out different solution proposals/ alternatives and supports them with practical examples, presents complex issues in a very simple way and picks up the involved persons individually. There are no open questions after consulting appointments, whether on-site or digital. If topics or questions come to mind after the fact, Ms. Dreyer is always, and I mean always, available with advice and support. In the past, I was even able to reach Ms. Dreyer during her well-deserved vacation - which is absolutely not a matter of course for me. All in all, a 1 with an asterisk.

It all started with a "simple" construction financing request in 2015. As of February 2023, Ms. Dreyer manages my entire portfolio, which covers the following areas: construction financing, health insurance, disability insurance, liability insurance (private, builders, etc.) and recently also around the insurance of my 4-legged friend. Hereby I would like to express the following: we started small and due to the positive experiences of success, which I could celebrate by Mrs. Dreyer, it was a logical and understandable step for me to give also my other topics into her hands. In the process, it never happened that I was talked into completely nonsensical insurance policies.

In retrospect, this step towards Ms. Dreyer and away from the numerous comparison platforms has proven to be absolutely right. As a result, I am in a much better position in almost all respects than friends (insurance and pension plans) and neighbors (construction financing) who do not work with her.

Finally, I would like to thank her for the great cooperation over the past years and hope that it will continue for a very long time. I am very happy to have her as a consultant at my side and see myself more than prepared for the future.
