I went to Ms. Hausdorf for a consultation and was helped in detail with all points and questions. Even with subsequent questions you get a quick answer. Am completely satisfied with your work and would recommend you to anyone who is looking for an optimization of their existing contracts. I myself am also always contacted as soon as a contract expires or there is an improvement for one of my contracts.
So I always stay up to date and get the best price / performance ratio for me, as I would like.

With her lightning-quick response to all our questions and her saddle-fast expertise, Ms. Claudia Hausdorf advised us on our insurance and retirement planning topics. Even with multiple inquiries on complex topics, we always felt treated as equals and never had the feeling of being pushed into anything.

My new insurance broker, Mr. Kretzschmar, introduced me very well to the complex world of insurance and investment options. Very professionally, Mr. Kretzschmar started an analysis with me and within a very short time delivered the result. Thereupon we were able to choose together (one feels like a team) the most important and useful products. Several offers were available to me for each product and ALL advantages and disadvantages were explained to me by Mr. Kretzschmar, so that I could decide super easily. In addition, the processing and activation of the products was very fast. Super work. I am completely satisfied and let's see when something has to be changed or added again.

I came across finanz Concept GmbH through Mr. Kretzschmar. Since day 1 he has been my personal advisor. Before, I had never really thought about whether my price-performance ratio at the time was really good. Through finanz-Concept all my contracts were checked and if necessary better contracts were suggested. This has been repeated every year since then. As soon as there are problems or questions, I can contact Mr. Kretzschmar and he takes care of it. Often he gets in touch on his own and doesn't leave you alone until problems arise again.
My conclusion: I am very satisfied with the work of financ-Concept and would recommend it at any time.

Mr. Roman Kretzschmar is very competent, always available for questions, and makes good comparisons between insurers. All around I was advised by him professionally, individually and friendly. Furthermore, he does not impose insurance contracts that are not necessary or wanted. The contract settlements went smoothly. In summary, I am extremely satisfied and would continue to purchase insurance through the company at any time, especially with Mr. Roman Kretzschmar.

We have been satisfied with Klaus Bastian for years and will continue to contact him with questions. The cooperation is very good and he is, no matter what topic, there for us. We are already looking forward to the next satisfied years that we will work with him. I would like to take this opportunity to thank Mr. Bastian for the always pleasant and professionally competent contact, who always has an open ear, even on weekends for my concerns. In each of his consultations, I always had the feeling that my interests were in the foreground and we always found the right product for me, even if the consultation went late into the night.
