Examination of all boundary conditions (with research into funding possibilities) to find an optimal financing solution from a range of financing options specially tailored to the customer,
Coordination with banks, investor, subsidy provider, always involving the customer,
guiding and directing the customer in all written matters up to the conclusion of the financing contract and, if necessary, even beyond,
in summary, an all-round carefree package, which gives the customer, who is inexperienced in this field, an enormous sense of security, ... and all this from a distance, without any personal contact,

I wanted to "make Riester" because, among other things, there is no more interest on the account. But I had no real plan, since for me new territory.!:( I asked here for a callback, because I would not have thought to understand "riestern" ever. But it actually wasn't that wild after the explanation from the advisor. I decided to riestern and now save 50 € per month and get in addition the Riester allowance from the state. That's exactly what I wanted, I would have concluded last year would be even 2x promotion already there!!!!

We were pursuing our dream apartment and it was our first experience in the world of big money-loans, so we decided to consult with several different people on this topic and then decide on a strategy. Mr. Nitzschke was the best out of all from the beginning. He thought outside of box and gave us several options, which other consultants didn't even mention to us or think about. Therefore he managed to get us the best deal in a very short limited amount of time. He was available on the phone literally day and night and covered all our questions so that we could understand the plan. Apart from being professional in his area, he is also very easy-going and friendly - made us feel very confident about our decision. We would definitely come back to him for another consultation and would recommend him to friends. Thank you for making our dream come true and making the impossible possible in a very short time given!
