We were very satisfied with the advice we received from Mr. Loeser. At our first meeting, we just wanted to find out what budget range we could work within when looking for a house/building project. When we then had the need for a construction loan, we approached Mr. Leser again. Not only was he extremely flexible for us (even late in the evening), but he also gave us competent and friendly advice again. Thanks to his many years of experience in the financing sector, he was also able to advise us directly against some banks (e.g. due to the long processing times of the banks and our time pressure). We also asked other service providers and banks, but Mr. Loeser's offer was the best. This was certainly also due to the fact that he took a lot of time to get to know us and our needs. My husband and I were desperate to find an apartment, as we both have huge plans to have children.
Since my husband is still in education and does not have German citizenship, it seemed to scare off many landlords from taking us on as new tenants.
Then we came up with the idea of buying an apartment instead of paying a high rent.
Banks expect 7% to 10% equity of the total purchase price.
With the current purchase prices and the current high interest rate, this is virtually impossible for us as such young people and normal earners. Accordingly, we were very much at the end with the nerves and have slowly given up hope.

But then we were guided by a very friendly realtor through our dream property. (We tried it one last time)
I asked her directly if there was still a chance that we could buy this apartment. (I described to her from our o.g. situation).
And although several people were already in the "selection process", she directed us to Mrs. Sandra Adler. We were able to go to her directly the next day....
She has a very calming charisma and is very friendly. Immediately during the first conversation, my husband and I had a very good and safe feeling.
We described our situation to her.
She immediately said that it will not be easy and it will be a very hard fight to get a loan.
But she said that the fight will be worth it.
And so it was. In the end, after months of fighting, we got a loan approved and thus got our dream apartment. And we owe this solely to the great realtor and Mrs. Adler!
Because the two have been committed from the beginning for both of us and fought until the end.
Also, they were / are always available and open to any questions you have.

And that is not a matter of course nowadays!

Two construction loans, one of which was a follow-up financing as a forward loan. Advice tailored to what I wanted and therefore not intrusive like many competitors. Friendly and structured advice combined with a coffee, which makes you feel well taken care of and the result corresponds to this. Although we are well taken care of for the coming period, we still need at least one follow-up financing and will gladly come back to Mr. Löser. We recommend Mr. Löser without reservation!
