Very friendly contact. Mr. Felix Krause was available at all times or got back to us at short notice and answered all questions competently. The exposé was professionally and attractively designed. The viewing appointments went smoothly. The house was sold in the shortest time at the desired conditions.

"For God's sake, why do you have a realtor selling you the house? He only costs money!"
That was usually the first reaction of friends and acquaintances after I told them that I was having my grandmother's house sold by a realtor.
This question answers itself when you have worked with Felix Krause.
He is characterized by an unbelievable service. For example, constant availability, many valuable tips that I would never have thought of as a layman, and generally taking care of everything around the house sale. Thanks to Mr. Krause I have had no tiresome work at all around the house sale. That is, neither countless phone calls with interested parties, nor eternal reading in the totally complex bureaucracy, which brings a house sale with itself.
I would like to thank Mr. Krause again and will always recommend him to friends and acquaintances.
