We were at Flank 7 for a personal training on the Shopware program. We were warmly welcomed by the whole team. This training has brought us all a great added value. Marcel took a lot of time for us and was very patient with all our questions. After the training, we were sent a script, which contains all the contents of the training in detail. A big thank you goes to Flank 7 in Winterbach. Without the support of Mr. Czech and his team, we would still not know where our mistakes were. Too many wrong decisions in choosing web agencies contributed to losing trust in those. Fortunately, Flank 7 was able to convince us of the opposite. A Google AdWords training over 4 hours gave us insight into what went wrong in the past. The biggest plus of the training was not only the theory of procedures, but much more the direct work with the Google account and restructuring of our campaigns.

After I unfortunately had a bad experience with my previous partner, I was particularly cautious when looking for an agency. Through Flank 7, however, my view of the world as far as agencies are concerned was quickly set right. I feel particularly well taken care of because I am not simply sold something, but also shown risks that I should personally consider. My contact person is not always available by phone, but I usually get a very quick response to e-mails or a call back.
What impressed me most is the level of service the agency provides. They attach great importance to the fact that the solutions are technically up to date, but not out of the ordinary, but within a reasonable framework.Also with regard to Google, I have gained new insights that I was not aware of before. Even I, as a small self-employed person, now have completely new possibilities.
