They did a great job updating our lockbox properties and helped us meet deadlines even though we’re in LA. My husband, who is retiring this year as a Navy veteran, appreciated how smooth and professional the process was. They kept us updated with pictures, handled punch-out lists etc. We completely trust them with our properties. The owner made us feel very comfortable, he even FaceTimed us occasionally to keep us in the loop. Not cheap, but worth every penny. Highly recommend!
