For our son's confirmation, we decided on a Mediterranean buffet at Frank Wendlandt. Everything went perfectly. The communication, delivery and pick-up the next day were perfectly organized.
The buffet was beautifully arranged and very tasty. All the guests were very satisfied.

The communication with Frank worked very well, it was fun to choose the menu with him.

When he then brought the food very punctually, everything was already prepared in representative trays, bowls, plates etc., so we could start immediately.

The food tasted extremely delicious to the guests, and there was only positive feedback.

In summary, I can say: very friendly, professional, delicious and reliable.

We booked "Frank's fresh cuisine" for our birthday party in mid-July 2024 and are more than satisfied! The cooperation via Whats app went smoothly and Frank had many good suggestions on how we could adapt our buffet to the hot summer temperatures. The delivery was problem-free and everything was perfectly prepared in the large refrigerated boxes. All we had to do was remove the foil and put it on the table.
The buffet was a great success with all the guests and was highly praised.
Frank's excellent work is his best advertisement.

I asked Frank to take over the catering for my 50th birthday in June 2024, as I was looking for a local Brandenburg provider with good reviews on the Internet. I then contacted Frank and was very happy that he still had capacity to support my celebration. Apart from cold starters, we chose solyanka, pike-perch fillet and Königsberger meatballs. The food was very well received by our guests. The pike-perch fillet in particular was highly praised. Frank gave me a very warm welcome during the preparations, so that the arrangements about the food requests and the process worked very well. The food arrived very punctually so that we were able to serve all the guests very well. I would like to thank Frank very much, can highly recommend him and would be very happy to book him again for the next event.

We requested a buffet from Mr. Wendlandt for 10.05.2024. We specified our own wishes (hot dishes, cold platters and sweet desserts - the Königsberger Klopse and the pike-perch went down very well). The buffet was delivered very punctually and was really very appealing and delicious. We were not the only ones who felt this way. Another guest couple will now also book Mr. Wendlandt for their own wedding celebration. This clearly shows how good the quality of the food was. This was the 4th time our large family had the opportunity to experience Frank and his wife Karin's fresh cuisine and it was once again a very special experience. 50 people, this time a hot and cold buffet, plus extra requests - we were full of anticipation and excitement. It was delivered on time and professionally, set up, arranged and approved with Frank's scrutinizing eye. The buffet was presented with loving attention to detail to all the guests, who visibly enjoyed what was on offer, including us. Once again, it was a complete success! Every buffet lives up to the name 'Frank's fresh cuisine'. It's not Frank and Karin Wendlandt's job, it's their vocation!
