I am not a beginner and have a lot of experience in humanistic psychology as a counselor. This training for EMDR is clear, professional and direct. The trainers are humanly present and challenge you to greatness!
Simply good!
The face-to-face modules really get you into action and are super complemented by clearly designed theory videos. There is no room for boredom, everything is immediately applicable in trauma-sensitive coaching processes. Heartfelt recommendation! My thanks to Gunda and her great team

Competent training with great instructors. Very well understandable instruction, great accompaniment in the practical parts, personal and emphatic throughout, very motivating; always room for the training participants. Personally, the personal experiences of the participants shared at the beginning of the seminars were always a bit too long, but that's just my personal impatience, because the mood , the togetherness and the cooperation have benefited massively. I am very taken with it and glad to have participated.

Very good explanation of the contents. Short, compact and easy to understand content / impulses. Training is very reduced to the essentials (no bla bla..), which I find class. Great practice sessions. Top 👍🏽 trainings highly recommended.
Not so good is unfortunately the response time to e-mail inquiries. It took several days to get an answer or to follow up. Two inquiries remained even completely unanswered... Otherwise everything is top! 👍🏽

I rarely experience a training course that is so professional and at the same time cordial and relaxed.
In most cases, something like this only works with people who love to pass on their knowledge. At FreyMuT you get your money's worth and I am very grateful to have received the tip to do my EMDR training here.

The theoretical basics were conveyed in a clear and practical manner. Applying the methods and practicing in small groups was very intensive and led to many aha experiences for me. There was always respectful interaction in the group, which made it possible to delve deeply into stressful topics. We learned that as a trauma educator you need theoretical knowledge and a toolbox of methods, but the most important thing is the relationship with the client and your own attitude. The case presentations and project presentations at the end of the course were very impressive. As diverse and different as they were, they all testified to how each individual participant had managed to make a difference in their "case" or target group with a lot of heart, empathy and creativity.
