WOW, this service worked exactly as advertised! The process went much quicker than expected. However, I don't know that this will be the case in every instance becuase Fundsback relies on the tax authorities to help complete this process. In my case, it was only a few weeks from start to finish, amazing! The communication throughout was very clear, timely and helped me feel I could trust Fundsback. I worked in Germany for about 4.5 years and came back to my home country in 2022. In August 2024, I found Fundsback and decided to start my pension claim. The process was quite straigthforward with the support of Fundsback. All my questions were answered in short time, even with the option of having video calls to elucidate my concerns. In December, I got the notification that my claim had been accepted and received the money a few days later. I am totally happy to recommend Fundsback!
