Hello, reason for the rating:
Ordered and paid for a food dispenser in October 23 (four-digit amount). Confirmation email received, delivery date set for mid-November. Everything was fine. At the end of November, when nothing had been delivered yet, I sent an inquiry by email: Whether the delivery date concerns our paid product, whether an approximate new delivery date can be estimated. No reply. Tried calling - call rejected. Left a voicemail - no answer. Called again - number blocked. Wrote to Facebook Messenger - no response.
Although this is not in our interest, we have to take legal action because at least we want our money back. Obviously nobody wants to talk to us or explain to us what's going on.
