I booked the 2-day Mimic Resonance Essentials seminar with Gina and it was simply amazing! As I was already a coaching client of Gina's and have been following her on social media for a long time, I was sure that the seminar could only be good, but Gina simply exceeded my expectations once again (typical Gina)! The content and the atmosphere with the other participants and co-trainer Christoph were simply amazing. On the second day of the seminar, I was already able to see how I could successfully apply the knowledge I had learned on seminar day 1 in small practical exercises. I went to Gina for coaching at a very difficult time in my life. Gina accompanied me for a very long time and we went through many difficult processes. She always stood by my side with empathy, authenticity and a great deal of expertise. Gina allowed me to discover a whole new world within myself. To this day, I have a wonderful relationship with all the inner parts of myself that were revealed in our work. I discovered my connection to my inner world and the ability to visualize through Gina and it has become an incredible resource in my life. A small miracle happened for me in the family constellation. I was able to release a long-standing blocking belief system that had always held me back on my healing journey. I believe I would never have got any further without this process. Unfortunately, my symptoms got worse over the months and we came to a point where Gina and I realized together that coaching was no longer enough, but that there were deeper processes at work. Gina dealt with this situation very competently and honestly and also knew where her limits lay. After the coaching, I went for trauma therapy, which was exactly what I needed in my case.

I am still totally flashed from my coaching with Gina. At the beginning, fear of failure and excessive perfectionism blocked me and I doubted that this would get better. I had worked on these issues a lot before, but I could only resolve them on a rational level - emotionally, however, they were still there. Gina recognized exactly that and addressed the issues with me on a much deeper level than I had ever experienced before. Using various tools and techniques, she brought me closer to my anxiety-provoking emotions and managed to get me to dialogue with them in order to understand them. The inner journeys to myself, to my resources and to my past were often exhausting, but they solved an incredible amount in me. In the process, Gina always managed to hold me through her empathetic and safe manner, no matter what came up. After seven very intensive sessions I can now see some changes in myself: Situations that previously caused downright panic in me now only cause a slight (healthy) excitement. I am curious to see what will be possible for me in the future. But one thing I know for sure: The coaching will have an effect for a long time!

Gina is just great! Since 2017, I have attended various courses and seminars with her and each time I have received a huge amount of input and knowledge for my personal development.

Gina manages to make her passion for her topics jump out at you. When she talks about our emotions, our learned behavior patterns or coping strategies, hours feel like minutes. Gina burns for her topics. Especially in her trainings she wants to get the best out of her participants and takes them with her.
