Not much more words are needed. Nevertheless, I would like to mention the professionalism of Mrs. and Mr. Görz in the sale of our family home. The sale took place in the predicted time frame.
The pictures for the excellent exposé were specially scheduled for a day with nice weather and arranged with fine details. Here you can notice the many years of experience and love for the profession !
The whole transaction was very nice and friendly, smooth, always reliable and to our complete satisfaction. The good price feeling for the property and the market estimation have been an important factor in the house sale. Two other brokers consulted in advance were completely wrong with their information and did not seem as convincing as Görz-Immobilien.

I have sent so many times an email and also asked by phone, unfortunately, until today I was given no answer, whether the one object what I liked is still available or not. I feel very fooled. Well would not recommend this real estate company.

Very competent and friendly tour of a property of interest. Lots of information without being intrusive. Even though we decided against buying the property, the service was TOP! Gladly recommend.

I sold my house in Hamburg some time ago through Görz Immobilien. I was always very satisfied with the support of my real estate consultant Mr. Baretto throughout the entire time. I was very well looked after and informed at every stage of the sales process due to Mr. Baretto's outstanding professional and social competence up to the notary appointment and also afterwards. I would gladly recommend Mr. Baretto and Görz Immobilien any time.

We first wanted to sell our property ourselves, but had a lot of trouble with interested parties incl. cancelled notary appointments. We mistakenly thought that we could save costs for the buyer and thus possibly get a higher price. This way of thinking proved to be wrong.
Then, by a small coincidence, we came to Gorizia Real Estate. Mr. Barreto helped us with the sale of our property in Norderstedt. He was very active (and not passive as we thought - advert - wait - sell)- Mr. Barreto informed us in short intervals about the respective interested parties and in the end we got a better price than we thought. We did not have any further expenses due to unqualified (not solvent) customers.
Within a short period of time incl. all documents and handling at the notary everything was handled by Mr. Barreto. Only the signature we then still had to do ourselves :-). That was a 1 with asterisk.
