My experience with Mr. Goldmann was fantastic. He was both professional and kind. He listened to my concerns and always made sure he had a clear understanding of the situation. He was very helpful in giving specific advice and helping me work also on aspects that I had not considered beforehand. These are difficult times for anyone reorienting themselves in their profession, and even more so for someone like me who experiences professional practice in general as a field closed to them by common understanding. I am 60 years old. Somehow Mr. Goldmann manages to provide psychological stabilization based on his experience. That is "half the battle" and worthy of great recognition. I have to thank.

I had already had the ambition to improve myself professionally for several years when I decided to take up a consulting offer from Mr. Goldmann a good three years ago. What followed was a series of highly professional and very goal-oriented counseling sessions. The basis of the first discussions were mature scientifically based personality tests, which were evaluated in a pleasant and constructive atmosphere and poured into perspectives. Here, Mr. Goldmann's broad horizon of experience became apparent again and again. In this way, the coaching literally opened my eyes anew to myself in terms of my profession, my abilities and professional demands. It allowed me to recognize the essentials and, above all, gave me orientation and security for subsequent professional decisions. Shortly after the coaching I was able to take on a new professional task, which then actually led to the desired improvement.
Thank you very much for the very good consultation, which I will gladly recommend to anyone who is searching.

The career counseling was appropriately constructive and structured building up, starting with the personal location analysis over the processing of the strengths (problem-action-reaction) and personal outstanding profile characteristics (important, marketable special knowledge and artifacts) to work out the prerequisites for the suitable positioning for job postings and applications . Very helpful were the exercises and actions for tuning in and preparing for upcoming job interviews and simulations for them (90 sec. spot, job application simulation with video recording). Goldmann Kariereberatung advised me in an outstanding and very supportive way on my story line for the self-presentation . The market preparation was an important, supportive and encouraging phase. The guidance and counseling prepared me well for my future career path, supported me and made me more purposeful. -

Mr. Golmann guided me very well through the consulting process. Since I am planning a change, we first worked out my goals and inclinations or aptitudes and then approached the job market more concretely to finally conclude with a concrete resume, cover letter and plan. The contact was exceptionally pleasant and constructive. Mr. Goldmann is well connected, especially in Bremen, but also beyond and draws on his experience and network when it makes sense.
