I can only guess from the initials that this is a customer who bought for less than €50 worth of goods, disregarded the stated delivery times and then gave a poor rating and also refused to recommend the product. If this is not the case and there is another customer with the same initials, I would be happy to be corrected, please contact me personally!

Absolutely reliable in terms of purchase and delivery. Price information and answers in the pre-purchase phase unfortunately delayed, which in the end increased the price. On delivery, DHL simply left the parcel outside the door, even though the address label stated otherwise!

👍 Thank you for your review, Ms. Hummel. If I reply to an email within 24 hours and you want "more" in terms of service or faster, you should also try to call me. At least that's how it should be as a rule. If this was not the case in your case (I would have to check again), I apologize.
However, some customers really seem to think that I serve them alone all day long...at least that's how it sometimes seems to me...(if the price fluctuation is 50-100€ per day and you want to avoid this price fluctuation, you should act immediately and not wait and hope that someone might get back to you in the next 5 minutes).

Der Kaufprozess der Münzen verlief in mehreren Schritten transparent und nachvollziehbar. Eine Verschiebung des Liefertermins wegen meines Urlaubs war problemlos möglich, die entsprechende Absprache war reibungslos. Die Leiferzeit insgesamt hätte ich mir gerne etwas kürzer gewünscht, sie lag aber innerhalb der Online angegebenen Zeitspanne, war also in Ordnung. Die Lieferung selber klappte bestens, die Ware war gut verpackt und entsprach voll meinen Erwartungen. Ich kann daher eine Empfehlung aussprechen, und werde bei Bedarf auch künftig wieder hier bestellen.

Bei meinen Bestellungen bei Goldwelt24 bin ich immer zufrieden gewesen. Manchmal musste ich mich etwas Wartezeit begnügen, was aber für mich kein Problem darstellt, da die dann gelieferte Ware immer TOP war. Ansonsten muss ich sagen, dass der Inhaber, Herr Herrmann, stets entweder per e-Mail erreichbar ist, oder auch telefonisch. Hier habe ich immer gute Informationen zum Lieferstatus erhalten können. Ich empfehle Goldwelt24 gerne weiter.
