Durch die Transparenz und den wahnsinnig kundinnenfreundlichen Support von Good24 fühle mich sehr gut beraten und gleichzeitig befähigt - so kann ich mich je nach Laune beruhigt zurücklehnen und auf die Expertise und Werte von Good24 verlassen oder auch mal Dinge in die eigene Hand nehmen!

Die Einrichtung ist super einfach. Bei manchen Versicherungen bekam ich eine Mail, dass diese geprüft ist. Im DVO steht sie dann noch in Bearbeitung. Das ist etwas verwirrend, kann aber auch am alten Versicherer liegen. Eine richtige App wäre vielleicht besser, aber über die Webseite funktioniert es auch.
Anfragen, per Telefon und Mail, wurden bisher sehr nett beantwortet.
Der nachhaltige Gedanke war für mich ebenfalls sehr wichtig.

Nach dem Start unserer GbR hatten wir ein tolles Beratungsgespräch mit Christopher Pirsch zum Thema Betriebshaftpflichtversicherung. Es war ein total angenehmes und informatives Zoom-Meeting, bei dem ich mich zu jeder Zeit genau richtig aufgehoben gefühlt habe. Direkt im Anschluss gab es ein sehr detailliertes Beratungsprotokoll und eine klare Empfehlung, wie und wann die nächsten Schritte eingeleitet werden sollen. Wirklich herausragender Kundenservice!

The Good24 team really took the time to understand and guide me through the insurance complexities and the needs for me personally and my newly founded company. I had contact with 3 different advisors who each had their own focus and field of expertise. I truly felt taken care of and advised in a genuine and honest way. I was even advised against taking up unnecessary insurances that do not correspond to my current needs.

Ich hatte bisher keinen Makler und habe alles selber gemacht. Aber jetzt habe ich nicht nur Hilfe, wenn ich sie brauche sondern auch noch ein sehr gutes Gefühl. Und bezahlt habe ich die Verträge ja bisher auch.
