Our agency has been with Ersu Consulting for 4 months now and I have to say that I'm a bit surprised myself, as I never write reviews, but I, or rather we as a whole team, definitely owe it to Hakan and Ersu Consulting. Not only have we been able to increase our turnover from 20K to a constant 70-80 thousand euros per month cash flow, but we have also been able to build up a complete remote sales team with their support, which has been a game changer alongside marketing in scaling. Hakan's incredibly calm and matter-of-fact manner is simply next level, trust me people! No matter who reads this, if you're tired of these trolls in the market who bark like dogs every time, you have to go to agency scaling training. Every time we've had struggles, after every meeting or spontaneous call, this type of training has calmed us down. I also speak for Tristan who loves your support. Thank you for everything and I can really only recommend the consultancy to anyone who, as an agency owner or coach, wants to have the most intense EBIT ever and finally make 6 or 7 figures. The consultation with Hakan was surprisingly relaxed, it wasn't the typical sales talk disguised as a consultation. Hakan really took his time and we went through an annual plan together and he dropped some really helpful gold nuggets that I will implement in the future. In the end, I liked the conversation so much that I became a customer myself, because I want to learn from someone who can sell in such a friendly way in the future.
