There are so many different workshops from which you can choose the right one for you. I was able to take away so much for myself and I didn't think that the exercises and different techniques could help me so much in such a short time, even though I have been suffering from anxiety disorders and panic attacks for almost two years.

I haven't flown for 7 years, but thanks to the flight anxiety seminar I was able to fly again last summer and it worked out well without panic. Happy Dings has a wide range of offers in very different directions, and the Happy Club and the offers by e-mail and WhatsApp also help to relax in between.
