Poor
The price-performance ratio is absolutely not justified. The workbook has some good ideas, but you can find them for free online. Just because someone has recovered from an illness doesn’t say anything about their competence as a therapist. A cancer patient who has recovered cannot treat cancer in other people either.

The content of the workshops is varied and interesting.
There are lots of suggestions for self-help and the background and causes are explained.
Through the exchange with the community, you know that you are not alone with your worries and fears.
For me personally, that was a real turning point!
Getting out of the isolation I felt.
The club helped me during the most difficult time of my burnout with panic attacks and anxiety disorder and I am very grateful for the support from Christina and her experts!
I listen to the podcast regularly and have participated in the Happy Club workshops.
At the same time, I have been doing behavioral therapy.
The Happy Club is the perfect companion for this.

There are so many different workshops from which you can choose the right one for you. I was able to take away so much for myself and I didn't think that the exercises and different techniques could help me so much in such a short time, even though I have been suffering from anxiety disorders and panic attacks for almost two years.
