In a very appreciative way, she calmly and competently conveys the topic of Mindfulness with the help of videos, exercises and a workbook. Nele has designed the Mindfulness Week very well and very personally and warmly, at the same time with a lot of expertise, tips for additional reading and practical exercises. Also very pleasant: to experience that there is MIndfulness quite applied, pragmatic and without spiritual superstructure. To be recommended again at any time and without reservation!

Great and inspiring workshop on mindfulness. Especially the micro-practices don't take much time, but have a great effect. You can incorporate them well into everyday life. The videos were very authentic and helpful - including joint exercises.

I can't help but give the 5 stars throughout! A workshop with many possibilities, ideas, tips and impulses around the topic of Mindfulness was offered. The networking in the LinkedIn group was a very nice idea, which will certainly support the sustainability of this workshop through mutual exchange. I would like to especially emphasize the very sympathetic film sequences for support and task processing. Loose, authentic and highly professional, this was not only a lot of fun, but really encouraged to participate and try out. The workbook supported perfectly, with enough space for your own notes. Also the live session, which was repeated quite straightforwardly so that everyone had the opportunity to participate, was a real asset. Right down to the support team, which helped me with minor technical problems immediately, professionally and in a friendly manner, a great team has come together here! I wish you continued success and all the best, keep up the good work!
