It is unacceptable that the tour guides on a well-known specialist excursion (participants!) are not informed about this. As a result, they cannot prepare themselves in a targeted manner. The purpose of the DGGL excursion is therefore not fulfilled at all. Unfortunately!

We very much regret that your specialist tour guide did not have the name of your specialist association ready at the beginning of your customized group trip, which fortunately could be clarified on the first day of the trip. The tour guide was of course familiar with the technical content of your trip and the program, so that we received satisfied feedback from your group leader.

The good cooperation with VHS Langenfeld, Partnerschaftskomitee Langenfeld and their company creates city trips that are fun, very informative and will lead to word of mouth to more travel addicts. I think we'll see each other again next year and then possibly again on 2 dates

The only negative point: Bologna airport on the return journey. Far too little capacity at the security checks, chaotic. Four pieces of luggage did not arrive, although they were checked in 2.5 hours before the flight.

I really liked the fact that the tour guide's individual ideas were realized. The accommodation was always very good. I didn't make any further use of their customer service, but I didn't have any extra requests either.

One-sided question - tends to be -
You don't need to do that.
For example, I wanted to say that the quality of the dinner at the hotel in Catania was very mediocre.
On the other hand, the drinks prices were massively overpriced.
In the room ( no.20 ) hotel on Lippari the smell at night was extremely unpleasant .

The excellent cooperation in the individual program planning (Angelika Liedtke)
The local tour guide (Judith Regenyi), the program offered (according to feedback from travelers,
many multifaceted highlights, especially the visit to the citrus plantation "Juanito"),
the tour bus, the headphone system, hotels with the option of relaxing at the end of the evening

Minus:
Dinner in Cordoba (atmosphere + paella dinner), beds in Mijas worn out

Thank you for this wonderful and eventful trip.

The program was well planned and also led to destinations off the beaten tourist track. Both the tour guide and the bus driver were extremely competent and catered to the wishes of the guests. The selected accommodations and the travel arrangements left nothing to be desired.
