I was invited to the assessment center at short notice as part of an application for a W3 professorship. I was given a group appointment with Mr. Stärk at short notice and decided to also complete individual training. Even though the time for preparation was extremely short, I felt well prepared thanks to the professional and intensive training provided by Mr. Stärk. The assessment center itself was also very intensive, but the techniques I learned helped me to complete the task and perform quite well. The assessment center is only one of many mosaics in the context of such an application process, but without adequate preparation I would have found it extremely difficult. I chose the coaching with Mr. Stärk in order to prepare myself individually and optimally for my AC. In retrospect, probably the best decision I could have made. From the first contact to the actual AC, a thoroughly perfect organization with a perfectly coordinated preparation plan.
The provided documents and videos are absolutely top and you don't need any further documents to prepare with a clear conscience. The methods taught, together with the experience of such an experienced coach is unbeatable in my view. In addition to the actual exercises, the personal exchange on all open questions is not neglected. Mr. Stärk gives you absolutely honest feedback with which you can develop further from session to session.
In short, without Mr. Stärk my AC would probably not have gone so smoothly.

Despite a fair amount of management experience, I had not yet experienced the special situation of an assessment center. In the course of the application process for a management position with another employer, I was faced with just such a procedure, which caused me sleepless nights. The book "Assessmentcenter erfolgreich bestehen" ("Successfully passing the assessment center"), which I quickly purchased to prepare myself, brought the 2-day training course to my attention. Together with four other participants, I was able to experience live what the special situation of the assessment center feels like. I have to say, I didn't cut a particularly good figure in the training and was quickly pushed to my limits. However, this caring shake-up made it clear to me in which areas my deficits lay and enabled me to work on them, so that in the end I was actually able to decide the application process in my favor.
