In my apartment building (1965) there were always burst pipes - thanks to Aqua bion installation more than 15 years ago, no more significant damage. Highly recommended!

System has been in use for years. So far, no complaints and no calcification visible in the raw system.

Our experience was positive

The installation took place in March and the described effect is slowly setting in.
After consultation with ION, it may take up to 6 months for the full effect to set in.
So far, we have already noticed significantly less limescale build-up, primarily in the kettle.
The taps are already easier to clean.
We are continuing to monitor the effects and are already looking forward to seeing how the ION effect will improve in the coming months.

We have now had 6 years of positive experience with Aquabion and recommend this technology to help with limescale in the water. The first anode replacement was carried out without any problems.

I have been a satisfied long-time ION customer since the early 90s. Back then, the Aquabion was still called Scale Buster.
We had bought an old house with a mix of iron, copper and plastic pipes.
Our drinking water is so rich in minerals that even 1-inch iron pipes clog up to pencil-thick passages in a few years. DIY store quality tends to pitting.
At the beginning of using Aquabion, slightly rusty water came out of the pipes for months, as could be seen from the rusty film in the shower tray. In some cases, there were even tiny pebbles in the aerators, presumably from the public supply pipe.
We got a new heating system last summer. This involved cutting out a section of the exactly 40 (!) year old (i.e. initially operated for around 10 years without Aquabion) supply pipe and hot water pipe made of iron. I was very curious to see these authentic indicators of the Aquabion effect.
The fitters were VERY surprised at the good condition of these 1/2-inch pipes. There were only minimal deposits.
Unfortunately, it is not possible to post pictures here as evidence.

Our place of residence has very calcareous water, 32-35 degrees of French hardness.
In 2015 year in our family house was installed "AQUABION lime converter". Since then, we no longer have lime problems.
According to the recommendation of the company "ION Deutschland GmbH", the " AQUABION lime converter" should be replaced approximately every 5 years in the exchange procedure.
Due to this recommendation, we are currently already using the third " AQUABION lime converter".
We are extremely satisfied with the friendly advice and customer service from " ION Germany".

The offered product meets the expectations 100%. In our own use as well as in the use of rented properties, the Aquibion softeners have provided complete satisfaction. The inlet of a kitchen sink from a rented property was extremely calcified when taken over and cleaning was only possible with the use of all tricks. After this cleaning, an Aquabion was installed in the main water inlet and besides the fact that the sink shows no lime residue after 4 years with Aquabion, we were also approached by the other tenants that their glasses no longer go blind in the dishwasher. Therefore, full marks for the product

Good communication and quick feedback. As a long-time customer, a good offer was sometimes made a little more attractive.

Suggestion: it would be desirable if the equipment could be reused - it is too bad to scrap the material.

Super for the dental office! The turbines were nir more clogged by lime, a great simplification and relief for the staff, highly recommended

Galvanic corrosion protection will only be seen in the future, I am sure that it works, because the technology of sacrificial anodes is known for a very long time. Very pleasant is that after showering there are no "lime streaks" on the glass door. In our drinking water, the carbonate hardness hovers around 19 degrees, and the faucets' bubbles remain "lime-free".

Everything went smoothly, from placing the order to installing the equipment, which was installed cleanly and on time.
And there was a Christmas present to boot.

I have been using the system for more than 15 years now. This has saved me from having to renovate the water pipes in the entire property. Absolutely recommended!

Finally something other than these salt tablets

The water boiler is no longer calcified, there are no more stubborn lime deposits on the shower cabin.

Have tried various devices to reduce the lime content in TRinkwasser / water softening.
Conclusion: The simplest solution - no cheap solutions - was the best. No follow-up costs, a guaranteed running time and comprehensible functional principle have persuaded me to test the system. In the end, the result was convincing. I have been using the ION system for >10 years and can recommend it.
