With a multicultural family blending English, Japanese, and Filipino backgrounds and five lively kids, he truly embodies the spirit of Asian living, travel, and dining. He is also in the process of constructing a new restaurant, The Kapre Restaurant and Bar, in Panglao, the Philippines.
