I have found more to myself through this experience and drive my "line".
My attitude has become more positive in many ways. This makes it easier for me to achieve my goals.

I had my first coaching session with Larissa about two years ago and since then I would not want to miss her as a companion in my life. I was skeptical at first whether coaching was the right thing for me, I had only known the "classic" way of therapy to deal with my personal issues. But I am glad to have taken this path. Larissa has helped me in various life situations to overcome or dissolve seemingly unsolvable barriers and entrenched cycles, to strengthen my self-worth and to pay more attention to myself and my inner self with honest, pragmatic, practically oriented and always empathetic coaching sessions. Larissa is always there to help and support even on short notice and it is easy to open up to her. With her help I was able to make big changes in my life and I am grateful for that.

Larissa has been able to help me in a difficult life situation for me with brilliant advice and questions. Lastingly, she has even changed my life with one or two sentences (for the better :)).

I am very grateful to my past self that I had the courage to simply write to Larissa via her contact form about half a year ago and thus gave my bullshit FM in my head no chance. The next day we spoke directly on the phone and made an appointment for a trial coaching. And what can I say? Thanks to Larissa, I have really outgrown myself this year. With her easy-going and honest manner, she always gave me new impulses and lots of exercises and tips & tricks so that I can implement exactly what we worked out in the coaching in my everyday life. Larissa knows how to ask the right questions, for which I sometimes cursed her, but afterwards was actually so grateful for it every time :)! Larissa is definitely the person this year who influenced me the most and from whom I could learn a lot. In short: This coaching was the best investment in myself and is simply recommendable. I contacted Larissa at the beginning of January 2018, she responded super fast and the first meeting soon followed. I did not know what to expect and had some concerns to start such a coaching.
