For me, Mr. Berndt is really the forerunner. I like his relaxed manner and the fact that even complicated and difficult departments (positioning, profiling, finding Why, storytelling, etc.) don't seem even more difficult with him, but on the contrary are easy to understand and well prepared. I also appreciate very much that he is not too busy for anything and in that sense especially the videos with Melitta, Odol, Persil & Co on Youtube :-) And the Linkedin learning courses are really great! Mr. Berndt is really entertaining and informative as a moderator and speaker.
For me in my situation of further career search, the topic of personal branding is totally important. JC Berndt really has something to offer with his books and online courses. Good to understand, new input, and charming writing.
I wish there were more people like him, who don't always do everything theoretically, but live for practice! And then also in the humorous way.
