I have ordered an E-EXTRA 150 mm single room ventilation system with heat recovery.
Unfortunately, the information on the noise level at level 1 (800 rpm) of 19 dbB/A is not correct.
Every time the direction of rotation is changed in stage 1, the motor starts up at approx. 1450 rpm instead of 800 rpm and thus reaches the noise level in stage 2, which means that the noise level is exceeded every 70 seconds to such an extent that the fan cannot be used in bedrooms.
I then complained about this condition and received the answer that it was normal for the speed to run up to level 1, which means that the statement in the technical data that the noise level is 19 dB/A at 800 rpm is untrue.
I can therefore only rate this item and the processing of my complaint as poor

The single room ventilation system should not be installed in bedrooms. According to the technician, a slight backlash during start-up due to the high speed is normal, as is the noise level.

Unfortunately, customer service is anything but helpful. The product (fan) that was sent to us unfortunately didn't work for us, so I sent it back at my own expense with a request for a refund.
At first it took more than 10 days before anyone got in touch. I was told that the device was working and that it would be sent back to me (shipping costs would be charged again). My immediate request not to return the device but to keep it and refund the money was ignored.

When a product is returned under warranty, the item is checked by a technician and repaired if necessary or, if this is not possible, replaced with new goods. In your case, no defects were found in the item, so it was sent back to you. A refund is not provided for under the guarantee.
