we can understand that the price development is causing concern and we would very much like to be able to return to normal prices. Unfortunately, as a dealer, we are bound to the market price and can do nothing with the enormously rising purchase prices. I have waited 4 months for the firewood, there were repeatedly put off and not kept promises. The communication was not sufficient for me. The delivery was then not complete, so that another waiting time was added. The wood is good, but for the above reasons I no longer buy here.

I was satisfied with the appointment and delivery. I am not satisfied with the quality of the wood. Whether it really is all beech, I can not check so quickly. I had ordered wood in the length of 25 cm. Many logs are much shorter (15 cm) some are too chunky for the size of the fireplace. These were of course far down and in the middle, so that these only came to light when unloading. The price and the Qulität of the wood are reasons "Kaminholz Breuer" not to recommend.

From ordering, payment to delivery everything excellent! The friendliness of the company's employees is sensational. From us Volker recommendation! If we could, we would gladly give 7 stars 🌟. And not to forget, the quality of the goods is super, as well as the box in which the wood is heard. For us, a great way to have the wood stored in it right away too. There are clever minds at work, which customer friendliness and service writ large. Thank you! So ==> 7 stars 🌟
