I am always inspired by your profound knowledge that you share with enthusiasm and empathy. You are always evolving and have it in you to take people with you. Your tips have often brought me further with myself and thus with others. Transferred to the Mindfulness@Work trainer, this is every time a magic or smiling bean for you, or an entry in the happiness diary. Especially the exercise with the soles of the feet, in combination with heart-focused breathing, strengthens me in difficult situations. This is for me something like the practice for the implementation of the thought "give your children roots and wings", which until then I had somehow lacked in the simultaneous implementation - overcome something firmly rooted with ease. Furthermore, the hand model visualized wonderfully how the brain is built - by transferring it to the hand, I can imagine, for example, that by making a fist with which I enclose my thumb, I can additionally protect my amygdala if it ever threatens to be attacked. I've tried many meditations, but QLB has actually been the most engaging and convincing for me so far. I am really enthusiastic about the Coherence Coach - or also "am Ball bleiben Coach", I would never have come across it without you and it is fascinating how the thought curves can be displayed there and through the right breathing the inner state can be brought back into the green area relatively easily. Really a first-class support to stay on the ball even in real lows. In general, I am a fan of all the breathing exercises that you have given us on the way. All in all, the Mindfulness@Work trainer has brought me more inner peace and serenity. I would especially like to thank you for your availability and spontaneous assistance.
