Katharina is an absolutely warm-hearted and empathetic hostess - she doesn't let anything put her off, you always feel welcome.
Whenever you thought "that would be nice", there was always a coffee waiting or a suggestion for something to do.
Plus this magical place by the lake where you learn to enjoy the silence - your own footsteps in the snow and your own breath in the ice bath as the only sounds, plus relaxing in the sauna.
Every time of day has its own charm, the light is constantly changing.
The house offers enough space to be on your own when needed, the planned activities were just right.

Through the masterclasses of the well-being academy I can redefine well-being for myself! When I feel good it is perfect! Perfect not in the negative sense, but things that satisfy me, that allow a light perspective on life!

My experience of the #LaplandRetreats? It was simply the very best way I could start the new year! An absolutely unforgettable experience... I already knew Katharina from previous coaching sessions and knew that she has an absolutely motivating, clear, empathic and incredibly positive nature. Through her, I have already taken a big step towards my actual professional goal. The opportunity to experience offline coaching in Lapland therefore convinced me immediately. Not only this workshop shines with expertise on the part of Katharina Nyqvist, a high level, so to speak 'deep talk'. Who is afraid to go into depth with himself and to reconsider is wrong here.
Especially touching is the guidance to make the knowledge really applicable, so that it just does not remain mere theory! The aftercare of the workshops is also fantastic! If you are looking for a simple, superficial coaching, you are definitely at the wrong address. Katharina manages to point out the core problem within a very short time with the right questions. She doesn't leave you alone, but gives her all to help her clients solve their problems. To do this, however, you have to open up to her completely (anything else she would see through anyway) and also take a look at yourself.
Within a very short time, it feels more like friendship than a business relationship. Katharina's attentive manner is unique, so that you feel super well taken care of in a coaching session with her. I would not want to miss my conversations with her anymore.

Katharina simply hits the nail on the head. Through her bird's eye view, she always manages to recognize and draw out the "real" problem. Thus, bit by bit, the knots in the head are loosened and little by little, life suddenly feels so much easier.
