From the initial consultation to the construction phase, we felt very comfortable with Klaus Lambrecht. He always had an open ear and was always on hand with help and advice.

Mr. Lambrecht works in a solution-oriented manner and tries to take many wishes into account. Our first meeting with Mr. Lambrecht was already in 2019, very good friends had recommended him to us as the "Best" Building consultant.

We came to the appointment and had nothing, no property, no idea of the floor plan and absolutely no previous knowledge in the field "BAU".
Mr. Lambrecht picked us up immediately with his more than sympathetic manner!
By a short personal conversation he knew faster than we, what exactly we imagine... it was PERFECT!
But we still didn't have a property, because we really wanted to stay in our hometown, and finding something there was quite unlikely.
Two years later we had almost given up the search and were also firmly convinced that Mr. Lambrecht had forgotten us with all the customer inquiries.

We made our decision to build with Heinz von Heiden primarily because of the very good advice we received from Mr. Lambrecht. Already in the first preliminary talks, Mr. Lambrecht was able to convince us with his expertise and not, like many competitors, only with great marketing.

Since our property is a back lying property, some cost points were to be estimated before the project for us only with difficulty, whereby we had to rely completely on the estimate of Mr. Lambrecht regarding the development costs. We did not regret this, because Mr. Lambrecht's estimate and the actual costs incurred were largely in agreement.

Mr. Lambrecht implemented the floor plan of our future house according to our ideas and, in addition, introduced sensible ideas. Even after we had completely revised our first floor plan, Mr. Lambrecht showed patience in implementing our new wishes.

After the transition from the planning to the construction phase, Mr. Lambrecht continued to be available at all times for all questions, which is not a matter of course, since the sales process was completed after signature.

Even though it may not be his main area of responsibility and we certainly should have looked elsewhere, there is one point that annoys us a bit in retrospect. In retrospect, the lump-sum costs he quoted for the civil engineering work were far too low and cause us a lot of trouble because of the financing. If more had been planned from the outset, it would have been much easier.
This is friendly advice for future consultations.
