It gave me a lot of stress to even think about the formalities of signing a private health insurance contract (especially that I don't speak German), but happily, I've asked Mirja and KLforExpats for help. From the very beginning of our conversations, I've felt taken care of, as Mirja asked me about my needs and requirements for the insurance. She was extremely responsive, polite, and helpful each step of the way. I was presented with a variety of options, each described in detail. I especially liked the fact that we were able to sign all of the documents digitally, so I did not need to print and send any contracts. I recommend services provided by KLforExpats with all my heart, it will save you a lot of time, money (as they negotiate on your behalf, it's especially important if you have any preconditions) and stress.
