The company owner, Mr. Zischka, visited us on site and inspected the damp walls in the cellar. He narrowed down the causes very professionally and competently and gave us recommendations on how to proceed. As we can carry out all the necessary actions ourselves with relatively little effort for the time being, this time it was just a consultation. I can recommend the Klima-Center company without reservation and if a major renovation project is required at a later date, I will certainly contact Mr. Zischka again. It's almost unbelievable that there are still such great tradesmen around. Many thanks again - I will definitely recommend your company to others!!!

As a builder, I can only recommend this company. After researching on the internet, I got the best price here. I have rented 4 dryers and am more than satisfied. Efficient appliances in top condition. Very competent advice and fast delivery service by a friendly specialist.
I will of course be renting the appliances here again next time.

The problem has already been identified and remedied: you had received one of the last large cardboard boxes with 80 x 60 x 60 cm. The new ones now have 70 x 50 x 50 cm, are now more stable and at the same time offer easier handling. We rented an ozone generator from KlimaCenter Brannenburg. We were well and competently advised by Mr. Zischka on the phone.
The device was delivered within a short time and arrived well packaged. The device is easy to use, just as it was described to us on the phone. It was especially good that this device had a timer. So you could leave the room first before it turned on. And after the set amount of time, it automatically turned off. So we entered the room again only after 3-4 hours and then first well ventilated.
We are of the opinion that it worked well. So the advice, handling and result are very satisfactory. We would rent the device again if necessary.

The shipping of the quite large devices worked (almost) without problems. The only small flaw was the pickup by DHL, which simply did not come at the first agreed date. But that is not the climate center to blame. Otherwise, very fast delivery and very quick response to the return.
