Unfortunately, the start did not go so well. There was a solid consultation. However, after placing the order, Klima-Garage did nothing at first. Only after multiple requests and some excuses did the project start to run. Here I would have liked to see some initiative on the part of Klimagarage in the flow of information and customer service. On the day of the installation, the fitters were overly punctual and quickly started the installation. Unfortunately, they could not complete all the work. An appointment was made for the remaining work, which Klimagarage did not keep. A new appointment was only made upon request. There was no apology or response to the financial compensation for my time off work that I had submitted. On a positive note, I must mention the prompt processing of minor defects that were identified. The flow of information was as I would have wished from the beginning. Agreed deadlines were met or an alternative date was agreed in good time. Great praise again to the installers, who have completed the sometimes heavy work even in the greatest heat.
