I came across the video "Why everything gets worse with NVC" by Markus Fischer by chance... after I got to know NVC as a language model. The video opened my eyes. This introduction explains in a very understandable way how to use NVC in a positive way.

I was particularly impressed from the first moment in the YouTube video that a critical view is possible despite being a fan & prevents false dogmas that have crept in (e.g. stilted vocabulary) from being spread, at least by him.
The free 1st module as an online course was really great & has helped me a lot to accept what I have heard before, simply because I have now understood it & myself. Markus Fischer's honest way of & admitting that even he doesn't always succeed in being empathetic or that perfection is a dead end was also balm for my eyes & ears.
I would have liked to continue, but in the realization that the meetings would prevent my best appointment of the week, i.e. frustrate my need for joy in physical exercise, I first try to integrate the many things I have learned into my everyday life & my online project. In any case, congratulations on what I have devoured!

I have been involved with NVC since 2000. It has already been helpful in many situations, so your course with its precise formulation and suggestions for reflection was once again a very nice and successful experience. I am curious to see how it continues.

Having only done the free seminar, I can't say much, but what I can say is extremely positive and I can definitely recommend it to others

The course content invites you to question yourself again and again, to work on beliefs and empathy gaps and to develop personally. The online course is a good, well-founded introduction that allows you to work flexibly and at your own pace. Nevertheless, I also recommend the live course with Alexandra and Markus! The experience of the confidently moderated personal exchange in the group is incredibly valuable.

I took the free online course and enjoyed it. It was a relief for me that the Rosenberg model was introduced via the attitude and human image. It reaffirmed the importance and accuracy of this model for me. The self-reflection exercises helped me to understand and feel the power of this path. Many thanks for that!

I liked Markus Fischer's simple, clear and unpretentious language. The structure of the introduction is well organized and I found the combination of text and video very helpful. All in all, I appreciate that there is nothing dogmatic about this course. I am now going to study the CSF in more depth using literature by Marshall B. Rosenberg. Mr. Fischer's point of view is explained in a clear and unagitated way. The lessons are well structured and help you to understand the NVC and Mr. Fischer's perspective and to use them for yourself.

The course is written in clear, understandable language. I think it's great that there is always an audio and a text version. The division into short lessons is motivating, as it is realistic to work on them in everyday life. On the other hand, they tempt you to move on quickly in the course. I find the questions and tasks at the end of each lesson very helpful for deepening the subject matter. I missed these in some lessons. (I think in the sunny side of the NVC)
I would also find the literature references for deepening and further reading great. As topics are often only touched on very briefly, for example in the learning phases or Graves.
The chapter on NVC in partnership, family and education was a bit too short for me. I would have liked more examples, for example on the subject of power/control/attachment.
I had a little difficulty with the topic of differences between men and women because I am convinced that not all, but some characteristics are shaped by our upbringing and culture and are not really typically female or male. This was addressed in one question, which seemed a little short to me. We always carry parts of each other within us. I would find a discussion about this exciting, especially in this day and age where you can find over 60 - 70 genders on the internet and there is talk of LGBT everywhere. What is good about our differences, where are we simply people with needs?
In any case, the course has addictive potential and makes you want to keep going.

A great course, with small learning chunks that you can divide up for yourself to digest, which helps you to really work on yourself and is not a language model (as you might sometimes hear).

My experience with Mr. Markus Fischer and Knoten lösen GmbH has been very positive throughout. He knows how to explain the topic of "non-violent communication" from the ground up, to connect the many different approaches of non-violent communication as a pure language form to a new non-violent communication, which also reflects one's own way of life and dealing with other people, with the feelings, needs, strategies, etc. that are behind the respective behavior.

The course structure was also consistently positive, as the understanding is built up from A to Z and there are also tasks per lesson that have to be completed in order to demonstrate that you have understood the topic and which also serve as self-reflection. In addition, there is also a homework assignment at the end, which presents the entire topic again, so that Mr. Markus Fischer can also see that the topic has really been internalized in depth. To ensure this, webinars are also held together to clarify questions, provide answers and internalize the topic even further.

I can therefore only recommend this online course in "non-violent communication" to everyone.

Super introduction to GFK / communication according to Rosenberg. Learned a lot. Clearly structured. Easy to follow, good examples. Suggestions and exercises are included. It's not about words and technique, but about the inner attitude. On becoming aware of needs. The difference to feelings, the role of strategies. There is even a certificate of participation at the end. What is not self-evident, even hard to find elsewhere: It is a free introduction that exceeded my expectations. THANKS to M. The free online course was very enlightening, also because it is very clearly structured and comes in easily digestible portions. It also clears up some misconceptions/misconceptions that had previously tended to keep me away from de GfK, e.g. the often called for use of the 4 steps as a language model.

The course taught me very systematically and well the Nonviolent Communication (NVC) according to Rosenberg. Self-reflection is also an important component and, in addition, the NVC is embedded in the levels of consciousness development according to Graves / Wilber - this is special and increases understanding and applicability again. The course also includes the opportunity to participate in Zoom Calls for 12 months, in which content is deepened and questions are answered. These calls have been an excellent support to me and each call source of insight and self-knowledge.
