It was my first time doing driver’s license translation in Japan and I was a bit worried, but everything went very smooth. It was easy to print the document at 7/11 shop and it was accepted by Nissan Rental without questions. So, I can only recommend this service.

I needed the translation immediately and contacted customer service. I was answered immediately and the translator was asked to speed up the translation. As a result, I received the translation within 12 hours! The printout in 7eleven was also really easy. However, I wouldn't risk requesting a translation at such short notice.

Everything worked perfectly. Uploading the drivers license and the payment process via credit card was super easy. One day after ordering my translation Kai contacted me pointimg out, that it may be thight to receive a print-out to my home address before my departure and asked if I want to opt for the print in Japan option instead (at a 7-eleven store). I even received a return of the price difference between the two options and printing in Tokyo (there are 7-eleven stores at almost every corner) worked perfect. I would again order a translation from One Click Japan and can recommend them to anyone.

We had already been to the car rental agency and our old translation wasn't accepted. Kai created a new translation for us within 1.5 hours. We are incredibly grateful for this, as otherwise our trip wouldn't have been able to continue as planned.

Printing the drivers license translation.
Contrary to various poor information I had received, when you arrive in Haneda T3 it is easy to find a 7 Eleven with a printer.
It's the Keikyu 7 Eleven. When you exit luggage and customs (2F), go past the Information booth and take the elevator up one floor to 3F, and the 7 Eleven is there. Easy! If you're lost, ask the Information booth.
