Hi Kris,
I can’t answer these questions competently because (as I’ve already told you) I stopped drinking alcohol three weeks after the course began, following an accident. I did read most of the emails with the twelve lessons, but I didn’t work through them.
However, the lessons seemed meaningful and useful to me. And I particularly liked the appreciative, positive, and encouraging tone in them.

I really liked the casual tone and the relatable examples. I was particularly impressed by the affirmations; they gave me a real boost. The guided meditations helped me find a sense of calm and self-direction, and the inspirational emails kept me energized and motivated! All in all, it was a gentle introduction to the right path.

Kristina Wiegand hat mir, in meiner schlimmsten Zeit, extrem geholfen! Seitdem ich ihre Hilfe in Anspruch genommen habe, habe ich es geschafft trocken zu werden und zu bleiben. Und das ist jetzt 3 Jahre her!!! Sicher liegt es an jedem Menschen selbst sich aus der Sucht zu befreien aber Frau Wiegand gibt wertvolle Einblicke in das Thema Alkoholsucht und es hilft ungemein! A great program if you get involved!
The psychological background and aspects addressed are easy to understand and the courses are logically structured.
The time required for the individual lessons is not very long, so it can be easily integrated into everyday life.
I find the practical exercises in particular, especially the affirmations and mantras provided, especially effective and easy to implement.
Overall, I highly recommend Kris Wiegand's self-help program!

Through the course "Self-help alcohol problem" by Kris Wiegand, which I was able to complete successfully, I have been able to completely abstain from alcohol for months, which should not be difficult for me now in the future. I have been able to achieve a very high benefit with little effort. All the contents of the program are easy to follow, logically structured and very helpful. After earlier unsuccessful attempts at therapy with other providers, I have now finally arrived in the circle of "no-longer-drinkers". My thanks to Kris for this.

I liked in the 1 course that so much understanding was shown and that the addiction problem was explained well and understandably. And how the connections are, whereby one tends to addiction and the other not. And what possibilities of change are possible. To be able to understand the whole thing reasonably is important and a good approach to find out. After so many years, of course, it's a big challenge.

Thank you Kris, it has and does me good in everything we have done. My dealings with alcohol has changed significantly, especially by at all daily to make with to read but mainly there by me at all to have registered. This may sound vague but it corresponds to my feeling the most. The exercises were too esoteric for me. I look positively forward feel good and wish you much success.

Chris's commitment was super 👍. The Challenge helped me a lot and showed me another way out of addiction than the classic approach that so many fail. Simply step by step and learn to accept that it also sometimes goes a step back. The possibility of exchange with the participants has been very motivating and supportive. I now have the confidence that I can make it permanently without alcohol. The offers of help after the Challenge are also top 🤗, e.g. continued access to the course/chat content, individual coaching, group chat still open for exchange. I can highly recommend Chris with her offers.
