We bought a NEFF built-in refrigerator online from Küche 24 . Due to time constraints we transferred the purchase price with some grumbling in our stomach . In return we received a 2 % discount . We immediately received an e-mail confirming receipt of the payment . Despite delivery ex works we received it after just one week . Super performance . A 1:1 exchange of our hob led to an unexpected inquiry from Küche24 as to whether I was sure that the hob would fit the stove ... this delayed the delivery by almost twice the time specified in the ordering process!
This request must be announced or queried in your ordering process, then I would have given 5 stars!
