Hello,
After the last service, I had to call the emergency services. The gas boiler ran alternately up and down and then at full power. The temperature in the living room was then 26 °C.
The fitter had forgotten to set the "chimney sweep mode" back to zero.
Anything can happen, but I would have expected at least an apology. Unfortunately, there is no mention of this on the invoice.

We thought for a long time about replacing our 30-year-old gas heating system. Ultimately, a heat pump was not an option in the short term. Good advice, which included the prospect of a hybrid heating system, persuaded us to order a Buderus condensing gas heating system from Laabs. All in all, we are now completely satisfied. Offer, implementation (somewhat more time-consuming in the current situation) all perfect.
The system runs perfectly.

When we were looking for a company to completely renovate our bathroom, we came across Laabs
and we have definitely not regretted our decision. Starting with a very competent consultation and planning by Ms. Dörheide and a conclusive offer, through to the execution of the work by Mike Demming, Silvio from the company Fliesen-Pawlack and Maler Lorenz, everything went really well and on schedule.
The building work was therefore less stressful for us than expected.
