Mr. Bösel supported us in the context of a team building workshop in which the task was to create a team from two teams in the future. Already the preliminary discussions as well as the planning process of the workshop were professionally managed by him. During the workshop, he addressed the upcoming challenges, created space for direct addresses and offered methods to work out future roles and tasks in the team. For our new team it was the perfect start for the future.

On behalf of GISA, I approached Mr. Boesel as a coach with a sensitive seminar topic for our unit. After analyzing the initial situation in the company, a very professional offer was made and a proposal for the optimal implementation of the seminar for a group of participants of about 20 people was made. Mr. Boesel is convincing through his personality and through the transmission of tools and methods that can be used in practice. The seminar was intensive, lived from mutual exchange and resulted in positive feedback from all participants. We are looking forward to further cooperation.

Lars Bösel is experienced in many areas due to his professional career. This is very beneficial to him in the delivery of his services. This leads to trust, which is very important, especially when you have personal coaching appointments. Through his distinctive. Empathy and friendliness one is directly caught and open to his hints and thought-provoking suggestions. Lars Bösel does not force anyone to follow a certain pattern, but manages through his guidance to find their own solutions.
Thus one can identify oneself also clearly more with a result.

What makes Lars special is his personality. He is extremely experienced in the field in which I am on the road, and humanly has remained on the ground. It's easy to like him, and he drives positively and motivates, even if it's not easy sometimes.
Thanks to his knowledge of human nature, he can assess you well and adjust his coaching accordingly - another point I consider important. After all, everyone is different and has different strengths and weaknesses.
Without going into more detail, I can only say that the conversations with him have helped me a lot in my development - so I can recommend him with a clear conscience!

What I particularly liked was that Lars Bösel copes very well when there is inexperience on the part of the other person in the Internet training course, he remains patient with the matter at hand and is always prepared to do further research on the topic himself. Lars Bösel strikes an excellent balance between listening and intervention, between asking questions and giving answers, and - if you like - between coaching and consulting. He does not give academic lectures on coaching systems, but is recognizably driven by using his expertise and experience to help or support people very concretely in their very specific situations. After 1 h Lars Bösel you know more about yourself than before.

We were in an escalation mode and thus in a one-way street. Mr. Bösel grasped the situation very quickly and expanded our views just as quickly.
He was a neutral mediator and helped us to break down and assign the issues individually. Thus, everyone knew what their tasks were. He helped us to ensure that the results were well prepared and presented in an understandable way.
