Under the given conditions it was a very good running camp weekend, I especially liked the practical part. The topics in the lectures were well selected and presented in an understandable way. All in all, I recommend it. Thumbs up.

The running camp was a complete success under the given circumstances with consideration of all Corona conditioned restrictions! All performance groups were accompanied considerately but challenging and could certainly be brought to the limits of your potential. I personally benefit greatly from the training recommendations that were made after the comprehensive running analysis. I can only recommend a running camp from Lauffieber!

The personal support and advice is excellent! Even as a beginner, I felt taken seriously and have therefore booked performance diagnostics and training plan again. Changes due to personal circumstances are immediately taken into account and professionally implemented. Lauffieber Dortmund is the best choice for both beginners and professionals in realizing their own running goals!

I train for the first time according to a plan of Helmut and I could improve both my 10km time and my HM time. All this during the run without competition character because of Corona. I am still relatively new to you (just under 3 months), but I am completely satisfied. The training plan created for me after the performance diagnostics is perfectly suited for me: training stimuli and regeneration phases are perfectly set. I especially appreciate the consideration of my additional sports and the specification of appropriate intensities. I have done a lot of things wrong in the past. I feel seen and appreciated with all the special features I bring along (biography, working hours, goals...). I also appreciate your honest way and your understanding as a professional service provider who wants to provide a good service for the money paid. I benefit enormously from the possibility of feedback on the flow, as well as from the possibility to ask my questions. I really can not say anything bad, so it was natural for me to extend the cooperation and I am sure that I can achieve my goals healthy with you. All the best for the future and keep it up.

I did something like this for the first time and was pretty excited about what was coming. But Helmut has explained everything to me very detailed and logical. He took a lot of time and was able to answer any questions that arose. I felt very comfortable.
The result showed me that I am on a good path and what I could still work on. That was exactly my intention.
I liked the fact that he was open to me, despite the fact that I do not train with him, and that shows a professionalism for me.
I will not have been there the last time.

The running route was very nicely linked with the run-up points. The runners in the group harmonized very well. The information at the starting points was presented in a suitable scope. In cold but very nice winter weather, it was a beautiful run that I enjoyed very much.

At another time, surely more runners could have participated. It was torzdem an instructive and entertaining run. It was exciting to see that we actually live in the Ruhr area proverbially in the middle of the tunnels. For example, where today there is only a round meadow in the middle of a residential area with homes, there used to be a mine shaft 1000m deep!
There were several pace groups and the pacemakers led the groups precisely and with a lot of experience! I look forward to the further runs of the series!

There is little that is as cool as success! Except maybe coke and hookers, but I don't know much about that. As a hobby runner, you're basically just running against your own limits. Actually it doesn't matter if you are one minute faster or not, because there are always others who are far better. Nevertheless, it is an indescribable feeling when you reach the previously predicted target time, for which you have trained for 3 months, then confidently in the competition, tear up your arms at the finish line and just feel good!
