I trained with Romy as a learning facilitator, attended her success challange and tried out the "Concentrated and ready to learn" course. Romy passes on all her knowledge and experience and is always responsive to all participants. Although I have already completed several training courses on learning and learning coaching and worked as a teacher for years, I have learned a lot more from Romy. What I particularly like about her is that she gets to the point quickly and her talks and seminars are really fun, including great learning gains for everyone, no matter how much you already know about the subject.

For me as an elementary school teacher, the training is very helpful. I decided to take the training because I increasingly see in everyday school life that students have developed negative beliefs that prevent them from developing their full potential. In the training, I learned how to work on this with the children. In addition, I see time and again in the classroom that children are unmotivated and do not learn successfully because they simply lack appropriate strategies. Romy also presents great methods and tools for this, which can be integrated well into the lessons. The training has changed my attitude towards the children. I can deal more calmly with classroom disruptions because I have learned to focus more on the needs of the children. My students and I have also benefited from the fact that the training encourages us to change the way we deal with mistakes, so that we can no longer see mistakes as a flaw, but as a help. Non-violent communication, which I learned about during the training, is also a great added value for teaching at school. The content of the training is perfect for helping children to develop their full (learning) potential. The webinars are methodically varied and it is fun to listen and work with Romy in her engaging and motivating way. She always responds to the needs of the participants, always offers her help and gives each individual the space they need.

The content of the training is very well prepared and elaborated. The materials such as comprehensive handouts and additional material are posted on the portal on time and in a timely manner. The entire portal is very clear and structured. The training meetings themselves are a great enrichment, as concrete tips and practical knowledge are imparted. You can then use this to continue working independently. Individual questions are answered immediately, and there are also 3x/week support times where you can reach Romy Oswald directly. She also answers all questions empathetically and competently. The whole package is highly recommended!

I am totally thrilled with what a joy and enthusiasm Romy passes on her knowledge to us. I am also very grateful to be able to do this training, because it is not only about learning but so much more. Romy has supported my son and helped him to improve his learning difficulties in German.
