Despite previous consultations with several insurance brokers, I still had no clarity on the subject of private health and long-term care insurance. I was therefore in an unfavorable starting position and was under time pressure to make a decision quickly. Mr. Zipfel gave me open, detailed and extremely competent advice. No questions remained unanswered after the discussions with Mr. Zipfel. Several options were presented and the optimal choice was obvious. Even when it came to implementing the agreed plan at short notice, he took all the necessary steps and left nothing to be desired. He responded to any necessary coordination and queries in the shortest possible time via WhatsApp, email or telephone. Getting advice, making an informed decision and sitting back - it couldn't have gone better. All in all, a thoroughly positive experience and an unconditional recommendation.

Due to a diagnosis affecting my psyche, I assumed that no provider would accept me for disability insurance cover. However, following Sebastian Zipfel's suggestion and advice, he set out to find a suitable disability insurance policy for me and achieved the unexpected. He found an insurance company that even offers me protection without any surcharges due to my diagnosis.

As in a previous case, the advice was friendly, courteous, personalized and detailed. Thank you Sebastian!
