I cannot recommend this law firm under any circumstances! They just stall and ignore you. The initial contact is great and you are assigned a lawyer. In my case, this was Mr. Sprenger, but after I forwarded all the requested data to him, he only got in touch once every 3 weeks (if at all). I called him several times and also wrote several e-mails. However, there is no response and he is supposedly not there. This wastes valuable time. In addition, Mr. Sprenger wanted to apply for a cover note from my insurance company. After waiting for several weeks, I contacted my insurance company myself and lo and behold, they have been waiting for 2!!!! weeks for the requested mail correspondence, which Mr. Sprenger has received from me for a long time! It's best to look for a reputable law firm and stay far away from this one. Unfortunately, you are not valued here as a client and certainly not helped!
