We concluded our construction financing through Mr. Sauer and were more than satisfied with him and his work from start to finish. Any problems are cleared out of the way very quickly and constructively and through his many years of experience he has made contacts that always help to achieve a better result. The financing framework was planned in such a way that we were able to successfully complete the construction of the house. When, six months after moving in, we decided to tackle other projects, we turned to Mr. Sauer again. He was again able to arrange very good financing for us, with everything again running smoothly. We can only recommend Mr. Sauer.

Recommendation
Mr. Sauer advised us very competently before we built our house a few years ago and got us a very good loan. But that was not the end of the service for him. Since then, he has also provided us with ongoing support and advice on refinancing, etc. Also the hint to the possibility of refinancing came very timely and this was done successfully. Mr. Sauer is always available and approachable for questions.

Mr. Sauer informs comprehensively, advises and acts strictly according to the jointly developed strategy. Determined and successful through years of experience. Mr. Sauer had accompanied us in our search for a house. He was there to advise us from the very beginning. Together we worked out a realistic financing plan, with which we can still sleep very well now (1 1/2 years after our house purchase). It was important to him from the beginning that we could live well with it. He was always available for us and our questions and problems, even at short notice, and was very committed to us.
The consultation and support cost us nothing. Mr. Sauer receives at the end (in our case more than 1 year after the first and many other consultations) a commission of the bank to which he mediates. Which bank this is in the end does not matter. We have chosen together the bank which has offered us, co-ordinated with our desires and conceptions, Tagesaktuell the best tariff.
A house is not bought every day, so we were very uncertain and ignorant in many areas. Thanks to the excellent advice we were able to avoid many mistakes in advance.
I can only recommend Mr. Sauer!

He was very friendly and businesslike. We could ask all the questions we had and always got an answer. Also with the feedback it has always worked. He always took a lot of time, even late at night or on weekends he was always there for us. We are very grateful to him, as he stood by our side throughout the entire construction phase and would also recommend him again and again. We relied on him completely and never regretted it.
