We are generally very satisfied with the advice and support we received, especially from our colleagues in the advisory service (I don't want to give my name because I don't want to be anonymous). The price was a little higher than the competition, but the advice and the quality of the products were convincing!
The assumption that local companies are employed (as advertised) was also a decisive reason for us. - Hence the rating for SWM employees.
But what is not acceptable is that a run-down van with a foreign license plate pulls up with no connection to Munich. Don't get me wrong, the colleagues are hard-working, but it's outrageous that an energy supplier of the city of Munich works with foreign companies - especially when you advertise with local companies. In retrospect, I am extremely disappointed and feel that I have been taken for a ride. With this background, I would not have signed up and I will also advise those around me not to do so. I will write a separate e-mail to the board and also to our mayor. For me, this is a scandal at the present time and makes a very bad impression on me and my entire neighborhood.
