The 8-month training to become a systemic-integral coach was a valuable journey for me on my path of personal development. "Changes lives", "a quantum leap on the path of personal development". That is what I was promised and that is how it is! The last 8 months feel like 8 years for me in terms of the quality of my inner development. The weekends and also the compact week are super structured, maximally intensive, very interesting and the food was very, very tasty. Another highlight for me was the unique view of Freiburg, the Kaiserstuhl and the Vosges mountains from the conference center. Beautiful. In my opinion, the content of the training was excellently conveyed and now has an impact on my everyday life. Being able to manage my own behavior and actions in such an effective and value-oriented way is one of my greatest achievements from the training. I feel very empowered and look to the future with courage and confidence. Come what may, I can deal with it and navigate my way through it well. My training is over and my life is just beginning. Coaching training Freiburg summer 2023

The three-week compact training to become a systemic-integral coach (personal coach & business coach) with Marc Kaltenhäuser was extremely instructive and insightful. Marc proved to be a very committed, dynamic and authentic lecturer. He succeeded in presenting the complex theoretical content in an understandable way and illustrating it with examples from his daily practice as a coach. He usually carried out impressive demonstrations of the methods presented in the plenary session before we participants were able to try them out in partner or group work.

The group size of 14 participants was ideal. A positive, trusting and at the same time error-tolerant working atmosphere quickly developed in which we were able to learn and grow together.

The conference center in Freiburg's Wintererstraße provided a wonderful setting for the compact seminar.

I can recommend this high-quality and intensive training without reservation!

The training is simply amazing! A lot happens in the room during the 150 attendance hours, which not only helps you cognitively. I was skeptical at first, but now at the end of the coaching training I am thrilled at how much change I was able to achieve in such a short time. The coaching training with Marc was a great experience for me, which helped me develop and grow as a coach, but above all as a person. The schedule was very compressed due to the coronavirus situation and I was worried at the beginning that it would be too much on top of my job. Instead, I was able to draw so much energy from the modules that by the end of each one I was already looking forward to the next one. I feel that I am well equipped, have learned many new aspects of coaching and have become more mindful of myself. Next year I will be doing another training course on ACT and Introvision with Marc and Michael and I am really looking forward to it.

Whether in a group or in individual coaching, it was always a lot of fun and the insights were great.

Is it still worth going to the "trouble" of further training to become a systemic-integral coach before I retire (in 3 years)? I asked Marc Kaltenhaeuser the same question during our first clarifying phone call. His answer was: You can still work! That sounded encouraging and was right for me! "Consistent" is also one of the many key words that I take away from the training I have now successfully completed.
In my professional context, I have management responsibility and was able to gain a wide range of field experience in the psychiatric care landscape. The training has helped me immensely - also personally, for example, in terms of how I will "say goodbye" to my professional context and what a change of role into a new phase of life with new, interesting options as a coach might look like.
In our training group, I met women and men, young and older, with different goals and life plans, also with regard to working as a coach. In the practice groups, we developed basic coaching skills in a spirit of mutual trust and learning from each other; those with previous coaching experience also expanded their skills. We all gained methodological and process confidence and practiced "fine-tuning".
Marc Kaltenhaeuser offers further training in which he is a trainer and teacher, also a "reality waiter" and demonstrating coach and role model in a relaxed, unagitated manner. He also lives what he teaches in the spirit of his own Institute for Mental Health Management: (from my subjective perspective)
Practicing mindfulness throughout your life - like brushing your teeth - focused and broad-minded, being on the move (doing sport if possible 😉), being an "integrated adult who has access to their resources and can live their life in a healthy and balanced way in any context", having an eye and a sense of their own timeline, acting based on values, being psychologically flexible and resilient in the face of life's storms.
You have also opened the door to our understanding of theory, to the seemingly infinite breadth of knowledge, as well as to the depth of understanding; in my view, this is essential for professional coaching. You have probably read almost everything that is relevant, know the representatives of the "guild" and have given us valuable tips for our further path as learning coaches. Your flipcharts, the backdrop to our module weekends - legendary! The training - highly recommended!!!

From the very first module, Marc created a trusting, appreciative space in which we were able to contribute, try out, develop and experience ourselves as "learning coaches". Marc has an incredibly broad and in-depth knowledge, which he is able to convey in a compact and focused way, with practical examples and always a funny, entertaining anecdote in his luggage 🙂
I liked his focused, yet always calm and attentive manner and found his work/approach - even during the coaching demos - to be authentic and highly professional. In my opinion, the individual modules were coherently structured, the practical relevance is worth its weight in gold and we had many opportunities (during the modules and in between in the peer groups) to practise. Coaching training 2022-23

I completed the coaching training with Marc in June '23. After a long search for the right provider for me, I chose his training: Marc met and exceeded my expectations. He is authentic because he lives what he teaches.
