After I was very satisfied with my first real estate financing, I have now financed with Marc Rudolf and Marcel Bonnet for the second time.

The whole process from the lists of documents to submitting the financing to the banks was very well structured. You can tell that Marc Rudolf and Marcel Bonnet are specialists in the field of financing.

You receive competent and transparent advice that takes my individual needs into account, taking into account my life-phase planning and personal preferences. They also found another way to include current subsidies in the financing. Inquiries - whether by phone or email - are always responded to promptly, which is extremely helpful, especially when financing real estate with a lot of paperwork. All the paperwork is completely digital, which makes the exchange extremely easy.

Once again, I had some questions and concerns about my financing, but Mr. Bonnet and Mr. Rudolf were/are always there to patiently and thoroughly answer my questions.

I appreciate the relaxed, yet very professional manner in which the "dry" topic did not seem quite so complicated.

We are very glad we got the recommendation from a friend, we had a great experience throughout the whole process. Mr. Rudolf and Mr. Bonnet were very friendly and helpful, they answered all of our questions and helped us get a loan that fit our needs. They really pay attention to all the details and make sure you get the best deal. And it doesn't end with the approved loan, they are also there for follow up and support in the future. And I also have to say, even though we don't speak perfect German, we had no problem communicating. Highly recommended!
